Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Glowy mobile application (the "App") operated by SOCIAN SOFT S.R.L. ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Glowy is an affirmation, mindfulness, and mood-tracking application that provides users with daily positive affirmations, interactive widgets, and personal reflection tools to encourage daily well-being.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain features and content within Glowy are accessible via a paid subscription (Glowy Pro):

• Billing: Subscriptions and purchases are billed by the store you bought them from, at confirmation of purchase: through your Apple ID account on iPhone and iPad (App Store), or through your Google Play account on Android (Google Play).
• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The Annual plan includes a 3-day free trial.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled: on the App Store, at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle; on Google Play, before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time: on iPhone and iPad in your device settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions); on Android in the Google Play Store app (Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions).
• Refunds: All payments and refunds are handled by the store you bought from: by Apple under the App Store terms and conditions, or by Google under the Google Play refund policies.

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its visual design, icons, logos, mascot illustrations, copywriting, text, and software code, is the exclusive property of SOCIAN SOFT S.R.L. and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Glowy is not a medical device or a healthcare provider. The affirmations, quotes, and reflections provided within the App are for general informational, motivational, and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychiatric, psychological, or professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical or mental health provider regarding any questions or conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall SOCIAN SOFT S.R.L., its officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
